Rosie's Bed & Breakfast has been serving Lambton County since 1996

Petrolia is part of our heritage. The Montgomery's were given 100 acres of land to homestead at the NorthWest corner of LaSalle and Oil Heritage Road. In 1960 we were married in Petrolia at St. Pauls United Church which was built in 1899. Our first child was born at Charlotte Eleanor Englehart Hospital which opened in 1911 with 11 beds. It is now known as Bluewater Health CEE site. After her death in 1908, Jake Englehart gave Petrolia his red brick mansion as a town hospital in his wife's name, and endowed it with Imperial Oil stock so that it has never cost the Petrolia taxpayers a cent.

Petrolia is unique because of it's Oil History. We have the Petrolia Discovery Museum , Victoria Playhouse Petrolia and it's Old Fashioned friendly atmosphere and Quaint shops
